Booking Private Classes with Teaching Staff
Please note that AWCSO manages the booking of all private classes with our Teaching Staff, and collects a fee which contributes to renting the dance floor just for private classes. Teaching Staff will not accept private class requests and will forward all enquiries to AWCSO.
Private class bookings will open some time in March, when we have confirmed all the teaching flights / schedules. Please follow the AWCSO Facebook, Instagram and Web site for the announcement of the start of private class bookings.
Please note the terms and conditions that will apply when you are booking private classes:
onfirm the class, to be completed by Wed 17 Apr 2024, 23:59. After 23:59, unpaid slots will be immediately released to the wait list.
6)Â For payment via credit card, we will send you a Stripe or PayPal invoice, and you are responsible for any surcharges that may be incurred. Your private class booking is only confirmed upon full payment of the class fee and all surcharges. This also applies to on-the-spot payment at the door.
7) Please advise in the comment section when you are not available between Thu 20 to Sun 21 Apr, eg working, not in Singapore yet, on a local tour, etc. For Overseas attendees, please provide your flight information.
8) You must have a dance buddy to be in the class with you – you can be denied your private class if you turn up without a dance buddy. We will refund you the private class amount, less any payment processing fee and USD20 admin fee.
9) To avoid overcrowding in the Private Class area, only registered persons will be allowed to stay in the area. One dance buddy per private class student.
10) Floor spot booking is not required for private class bookings with Teaching Staff. It is already included in the private class fee. Please do not send in a separate booking request for floor space.

Booking Private Classes with Judging Staff
If you wish to book private lessons with any of the Judging Staff, please contact the teachers directly about booking a class before booking floor space.
We will provide the floor space for private classes with the judging staff, but please note that AWCSO will charge a SGD20 floor fee per private. This is because we need to pay additional costs to provide that floor and it will only be used for private lessons.
