We are both exhilarated and humbled to announce that passes for Asia WCS Open 2024 are SOLD OUT! Never in our wildest dreams could we imagine that a WCS event in Asia-Pacific could sell out almost 3 months before the event date.
We understand that many people have last-minute changes to their plans, and we are starting a waitlist. So if you are keen on coming, but were unable to get a pass, please get on our waitlist by registering for AWCSO as usual. We will approve your registration and notify you if we have any spots available.
It’s going to be such an amazing year and we cannot wait to welcome all of you to Singapore.

Overseas Pass includes:
- All workshops of your level
- 4 nights’ (Thu to Sun) parties
- 3 nights’ (Fri to Sun) shows
- Complimentary 3 nights’ (Fri to Sun) suppers
- Includes One-Time Competition Fee of USD30 / SGD40 (Required to sign up for any Competition Division).
- Not inclusive of Competition Division Entry Fees.
Please note before you buy a pass:
- A tiered pass price is applicable only upon full payment by the tier deadline. Once the tier passes are sold out or the tier deadline has expired, the price will increase to the next tier up.
- Due to the discounted rates being offered, all tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable upon purchase and non-transferable upon start of the AWCSO event.
- In exceptional circumstances where we issue a refund to you, please take note that there will be an admin fee of USD 20 charged.
- Transfers are valid only upon notification via email to info@asiawcsopen.com by holder to the Organizer and receipt of confirmation from the Organizer at least 72 hours before the start of the the AWCSO event.
- An admin fee of USD 20 is chargeable for any change requested.
The purchase of any Asia West Coast Swing Open Passes listed above (‘Event Pass’) constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in our terms and conditions.

For a Letter of Introduction (“LOI”) for visa application, please check with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (“ICA”) before you request.
You must have registered and paid for an AWCSO pass before a letter will be provided.
